• Doors pre hung on intelligent self closing butt hinges which can eliminate the need for costly and often unattractive overhead door closers. We recommend the customer checks with his or her local Building control officer to establish whether a CE rated overhead door closer is preferred for some doors, in which case we will fit standard butt hinges and can supply on request the closer loose for site fixing at an extra over cost.
• Document ‘M’ compliant integral anodised aluminium, low level Stormguard threshold, non slip, barrier free, with thermal break.
• Products fully compliant with Building Regulations Approved Document B (Fire resistance) and Document E (sound reduction) achieving respectively FD30 and up to 31dB Rw with factory fitted Lorient high performance, fire, smoke and acoustic doorframe perimeter seals.
