The attractive hardwood or laminated softwood door panels are supplied fully factory finished with 24mm Low E insulating double glazed units as standard. The doors can be supplied primed, or base stained as an option with higher specification double glazing installed as an extra. The doors are beautifully trimmed with brushed stainless steel hardware, or polished titanium gold. The tracking is fixed through the head directly into the lintel, holding the doors and mechanism in place. The head track has pre-drilled clearance holes for structural fixings and the doors are hung on pre-fitted wheeled carrier sets, allowing for smooth operation. With several folding configurations, depending on the opening width, the frame is sold in a pack for site assembly. In an ongoing effort to meet environmental targets and provide sustainable products, standard specification on the sliding patio doors is laminated softwood. The timber is FSC certified, tri-laminated with clear defect free outer faces enabling a wide choice of low maintenance factory finishes to be achieved.

The innovative hinge system (patent pending) enables all door panels to be made the same size regardless of the door configuration, giving a balanced and aesthetically pleasing appearance every time. The ironmongery system was specifically designed for use in external environments, which allows the folding doors to close tightly against the weather and effectively resist water penetration and air infiltration.
