More recently however, the significant benefits of Fibreglass over conventional materials, such as timber and PVCu, has convinced many ( Social Housing) project architects - deeming freedom from future maintenance and lifetime durability to be the key product priorities- to specify the use of fibreglass, not merely for front and rear entrance doors, but also for store doors, sheds and garden/yard gates, items which are often overlooked during major refurbishment projects, resulting in unnecessary future repair and replacement costs.

Virtually indistinguishable from the traditional boarded doors, our GRP store door and gate sets will not however rot, rust, experience thermal distortion or react adversely to changes in humidity - in stark contrast to their timber counterparts. Made to size, and available in virtually any BS colour, these products are delivered to site pre-hung, in a white or colour matched reinforced PVCu frame, with the customer’s specific choice of factory fitted door furniture and ironmongery.
